Ok boys I have a few questions for you all. For starters, once I add the turbo and my 4 inch exhaust im around 260HP. What other upgrades can I do to bring me up around 300 or as much as possible without goin with a propane or NOS system and what will it cost? And will any of these upgrades shorten my engine life and by how much? And one last thing, is the propane kits that people put on their trucks a NOS type were you hit the button or whatever you use and release the power when you want it or is like a steady drip that increases your power? Thanks for the help everyone.

More boost, intercooler, Stage 1 injectors, propane, NOS, water/methanol injection, turn up your IP.
They can decrease engine longetivity, but will actually (usually) increase engine life if used properly.
Propane is a steady increase. NOS is used at high RPMs. I wouldnt call propane a drip because it is injected as a vapor.

Is hte turbo 4" from the turbo back? Or 3" then to 4"?

I pretty much covered everyhting for a turbo turck. Only thing I left off was the open air filter. Sorry if you dont like it.

turbo, large exhaust, injector/IP mods, and drugs are pretty much the only things to get these truck going. Intercooler helps as well, but not as much.

With a turbo, 3" downpipe, Stage 1 injectors, and propane you will see 300hp. Take away the propane and youll have to add water inj or an intercooler to get up to 300.

Honestly, you should just do propane. I know its an extra tank to fill up, but if you use it properly, it can increase engine life and increase mpg.

Edit: IS the 4" exhaust from the turbo back? or is it 3" from turbo then increase to 4"? I dont think you can fit a 4" without a body lift.

thats what the factory put in it.for some reason there were only 2 different gear ratios for the superdutys in 94,5.13 and i think the other was 4.92s or something like that.the automtic diesels got 5.13s while the 5 speed and 460s got the 4.92s.the truck was built for pulling cars not cruising.although it will run the highway at 85 with no problems /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif
