how do i go about removing and re installing the cooling jets? i need to pull them to have the enging bored out

un bolt them.
take notice where they point, you will need to re orient them when re installing.
a tool is available (alignment gauge), i just eyeballed mine, no problems 5 years later.

I seem to recall that there are some early model ones that are not bolted in. They are a press/interference fit, and a special tool is required...

Just Yahoo'd and got this old post........ TDS web page Links do not work but maybe a search on Ebay /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

While on the subject of cooling jets, the one's with bolts.......do not loose the bolts they are special.

If you have the press in ones, there is a technique to remove them and a special tool to put them back in. Make sure they are in exactly where they need to be. I had 1 that I bent back by hand and it later got knocked off. I found it in the oil pan after I pulled the motor.
