Pitman arm

Do any of you guys with the 05-06 SD have leveling kits on your truck, and if so did you replace the pitman arm? I have an 05 250 with a Superlift leveling kit(coils not spacer). It came with the caster bracket, which is supposed to drop the trak bar down to correct the caster. I am getting a lot of bump steer with this set up. I tried removing the stock stabilizer like someone suggested on this forum. It did not help. I was looking at the Rancho kit and I noticed it comes with a new pitman arm to help eliminate bump steer problems. Have any of you guys tried the Rancho kit or replaced the pitman arm?
