Please tell me about this older Hypermax turbo kit I bought

I just bought this older Hypermax kit. It was on an 86 F250 6.9. No wastegate. How is the CDR system supposed to work? How is the intake blocked off, by the bracket for the air cleaner relocator? The seller told me the exhaust comes from after the stock y back up to the turbo. Is that correct? Can you tell me what else I am missing?
