Possible to convert 2005 2WD to 4x4?

I have a 05 crew cab lariat 6.0 2WD that i built from a rollover wreck. Love the truck but would really like it to be a 4x4. Just wondering if anyone has converted a 2WD to a 4x4? I dont want to sell the truck as i am only into it for about 10k. Just looking into the possibility of coverting it to 4x4 as i have access to a wrecked truck with everything still on it for cheap. Ijust dont know if the frame is different or not and how the system itself is incorporated into the electrical system etc. Thanks for any input.

Frame is different, wiring is different, vacuum system is different, driveline is different... lots of different.

Oh, wait, on the '05, the frame might not be quite as different as on the earlier trucks.
