So I am wanting to decrease my fuel dependancy. I am going to be using some WVO - and don't have the time nor resources at the moment to setup a reactor. I do have a 100 gallon fuel tank in my bed. I am planning on using that as my mixing container.
20 gallons filtered/dewatered WVO
80 gallons diesel
1 bottle marvel mystery oil
putting in the diesel first then pouring in the WVO. Then putting in the MMO. I will drive around with it in the tank for a week letting it mix properly. Then open the spigot that will drain into my front tank that will have diesel in it. I will let the aux tank drip feed the front tank until it is empty. Then I will redo the entire process with the aux tank.
I won't run this during the winter - only for the next 3 months. Hopefully towards winter I will have time to make a Bio-Processor.
Would anyone reccomend something different? (Let me clarify - I don't want to hear don't use WVO - I want to hear what you would do differently or what you think I should mix in my AUX tank with the WVO and diesel.)
I truly appreciate any input. My bro is over there now and I want to do something to decrease my personal oil use.
