Hi, yesterday I changed oil/filter + fuel filters for the first time. Everything seemed straight foward and went back together with no issues, today I took the truck for a drive and have a noticeable power loss. Runs fine, starts + idles no problems still has decent excelleration but not the same as before I serviced the truck...2003 F250 ext cab 4x4 May/03 biuld date....Any Ideas...

maybe there is a little air in the fuel system? after I changed my fuel filters I turn the ignition on (dont start truck) and let the fuel pump run to re-fill the system, I havent had any problems? take it out and put a few miles on it and see if it gets better.

Welcome Jimmy! Good idea from Donnie, other than that I can't imagine what could've changed. What kind of oil are you using?

Thanks for the info, I also changed the air filter, and just like you described I turned the ignition on a couple times letting the pump shot off before turning the key off...the oil is 15w40 with a ci-4+ rating.I drove the truck again tonight same thing is going on..
