I just got off the phone with Tom at Precision Gear and I was wondering about their gears. I've heard a lot of people saying that if I were to go to 4.56's I would have to change the front carrier. Not true. Their 4.56 set is made so you can use the same carrier. Just some info for everyone to know. It's roughly $590.00 for gears and installation kits from them. If anyone knows where to get the Precision Gears any cheaper please let me know. Thanks everyone.

I paid $1,500 for the Dana 60 front and Sterling rear on my truck and that was with replacing 3 bearing sets.

i paid little over 800 for the gears and install sets for 4.30 gears. I had a local shop do the gears and install for 1475 tax and all. gears were yukon.

Local dealership quoted me about 1k for both ring and pinions and i don't know what the individual bearings would run.
