Premium wheels???

NO DAMAGE was ever done to the wheels. The tape that is used to attach the wheel covers is failing! 1 cover has already fallen off while the other 3 can be easily pulled off using my finger tips. As usual, Ford doesn't want to know anything about this. All the dealer & Ford corperate say is
"ITS OUT OF THE 3/36000 WARRANTY".

I am worried about one/all of these covers flying off while driving & hitting someone walking down the street.

Anyone else with this problem? Any & all help is appreciated!
