Problem with the front end

on the driver side i hear a little banging and i started to day at 06:00 and now it is14:00 and it seems to get worse and when i am backing up the is a slight vibration and i do not have the money to take to a mech. so if you can you help? It is a F250 7.3l IDI 4X4
