Ok, can someone tell me why this is:
I can install my plug n play tekonsha brake controller pretty easily, but purchasing the IBC includes $1000 worth of stuff???...:icon_rolleyes:
Is the actual IBC slide and brake meter just a readout?

The ibc measures brake fluid pressure and communicates with the abs module to control the braking force to your trailer. The tekonsha just sees the brake light switch come on and starts braking.
