Programmer suggestions

I have a bone stock 2008 F350 6.4 and am looking for programmer suggestions. I plan on cleaning out the DPF and want to turn off regen. I also plan to block off the EGR at some point. Looking for a programmer that will allow me to make changes to the system, not a tuner. Not interested in changing anything else, no horse power boosts or shift point changes. Basically the truck will look and seem unmodified without the headache of regen and egr issues.

Any info will be helpful.
