Programmer VS chip
Is there a major difference between the two? can they be stacked? which is better if I had to choose between them? I have a bully dog chip installed by previous owner and I am happy with it however I havent compared it against any other. A friend is looking for a chip and a local shop told him that they werent any good and recommended the programmer. I assume this guy didnt carry the chips and wanted to promote his on the shelf programmer.
