I bought a Mallory 110fi pump for a Vegistroke style fuel system upgrade. Since then I've been hearing of Mallory pump failures.
I'm thinking of plumbing the pump after heating the oil so as to lower the viscosity. Could some failures be as a result of overwork due to pumping cold oil?
Suggestions?
My longer range plan is to get a Vegistroke FASS type pump for the WVO system and replace the stock pump with the Mallory. At that time I'll do away with the stock fuel filter as well.
