i am in the process of reviving a 1992 F350 that saw alot of salt in its life. After cleaning the frame, which method would be best to protect it? Underbody spray, Bed liner spray or roll on, just primer and paint. Truck will be used in Wisconsin.
If you are doing a complete frame off. the best would be to have it powdercoated. That would seal in the entire frame and protect it from rock chips and salt.
If it were a complete frame off, I would send it off to have the thing galvanized. I've seen powercoated frames where the powdercoating chipped off. The galvanized frames pretty well last forever in relative terms for a vehicle operated in high salt environment.

can you paint it if it's been galvanized?

I've seen older Land Rovers with new galvanized frames installed, where they epoxy-painted over the galvnizing before installing it. So yeah, with the right kind of (very expensive) paint you can do it.
