I am a new Rvr, I have a 2021 prowler 212 rd trailer. When I came home with the trailer empty the Service guy said to set my gain at 4.5 now that it is fully loaded I set my gain the same but it was tugging on my vehicle. Gross weight is 7,000 lbs. What should my gain be now ? My trailer breaks were locking up and smoking. Thank you

It's good that the trailer brakes are working. You need to back off that setting a little. You go about 15 MPH and just use the trailer brakes. They should slow the truck down but not lock up.
