My new to me 04 (no mods) has never had any issues until last week. I took the truck in for a power steering fluid leak and the dealer obviously didn't know not to fill the degass bottle up so they added a gallon of antifreeze to the truck. Of course it started puking coolant. My question is, the degass bottle is empty when the truck is cool and the truck is not puking anymore AND I don't over heat. Should I worry about the level of coolant? If so and I need to add coolant it is going to puke so I guess I should take it in if that is the case. If I'm not having an over heating situation should I just let this play out?
Thanks for any input.

I keep the level in my '07 "NOT STOCK" about where the unit gets deeper. It quits puking if I leave it about 1/3 gallon low. I wouldn't leave it empty. I just drove 2900 miles last week from Ohio to South Carolina. It puked a little climbing Fancy Gap. 8% Grade 7 miles long. I have a good feel for mine and take it easy if it is in a possible puking situation. I have a 122hp tune in mine so it will puke more than stock if I am not careful.

Is that cold level? When mine is cold the degass is empty.
