If the IDM was to be my last resort to fix the ride, can you just buy a used one or do all of them, no matter what have to be reflashed?

No software in the IDM, just plain hardware. I have been told that the whole range is fully interchangeable, but Ford has a shorter interchange list.

Injector Distribution Module. It fires the injectors when the PMC calls for them to fire.

I have 2 IDM's for spare's. Willing to sell one. The check engine light comes on but runs fine. If someone is interested, let me know. Willing to sell it for 200.00. Will work with no problem ijust got bothered by the check engine light.
