Whats does banding it together actually do?
Question for you transmission builders
I have my E4OD disassembled. I made the tools needed for compressing the first piston spring and slide hammers for the pump. My question is do I really need the pump banding clamp and the other tools? Is it possible to just line up the holes and torque the bolts down? I mean it can only go on one way right?
