Does anyone know about McQuay ball joints? I need new ones and Les Schwab suggested this brand. I usually stay with Ford parts, but they are quite a bit pricier.
Also, are Raybestos rotors a good rotor to go with? Time for those too!

Don't know about the rotors, prolly ok, but I would recommend the Moog ball joints. They are tough and greasable

I just replaced my ball joints, sway bar bushings, installed new spindle bearings and adjusted the steering box. With 130k on it, she feels like a new truck again. I got my Moog balljoints from www.powerstrokeshop.com. Great prices and service, ask for Dale. While you are at it be sure to get some new sway bar bushings, they are cheap and very easy to replace while your working in that area.
