What is the quietest 4" exhaust out there? I want NO cab drone whatsoever. The Walker BTM has been pretty quiet on my other rigs.

Also, will "freeflowing" the stock exhaust with a Walker BTM and some "gutting" upfront lower egts much?

I just want a basic QUIET Exhaust....

Just about all the 4" systems will sound similar.... None of them are really loud unless you are hard on the skinny pedal. None are as quiet as your stock exhaust though.

Also, if you really want it to be quiet, be sure you install the muffler and don't perform the "gutting"........ The more restrictions you remove, the louder it will be.....

I have a Corsa 4" cat-back. It is a little pricey but very nice sound. Absolutly to drone. I also put in a 3.5" MBRP down-pipe. All t304 ss.

Something to consider is to take an aftermarket 4" kit and add a 4" wide open glass pack muffler up front near the cat to act as a resinator. I did this on my 5" kit on my current truck and it really quieted it down without inhibiting flow. I would imagine with the 4" system and the baffles facing against the flow on the resinator muffler, it would be pretty quiet.

My 4" Magnaflow 36" long muffler is very quiet. Just about the same as a stock. No drone in the cab and it does a great job.
