I`ve had this problem all winter with the light coming on and sometimes the speedo dropping then working again. With the ABS light on the truck will shift ok and I can run it all day with the light on. Sometimes after shutting it down it will restart and the light will be out and the next time its shut down and restarted it will be on again. Speedo sensor was replaced. I noticed when it gets warm here it goes out and stays out. If we get cooler weather , like 40-50 degrees this problem arises. Now I`m wondering if the RABS unit need to have a good frame ground to work properly? Or may be its a green gremlin thing? I`ve read all the info on here and I`m thinking its electrical connection related. Any suggtions or ideas?

No, the RABS valve doesn't need a local ground, and it can't interfere with the speedo. Stop replacing parts, and diagnose the warning light. This link & the NEXT few explain how the system works & how to read codes:
