Rancho compressor

I disassembled my Rancho compressor while trouble shooting a system failure. Turns out it was an airline that I allowed to touch the exhaust and create a small leak. I fixed the air line but ever since I disassembled the compressor the system will only pump up to #1. These compressors are imported from China (according to Rancho) and NO parts are available, A brand new compressor must be purchased. The darned thing is so simple I just cant figure out why it cnt make enough pressure now. Any experts out there? Thanks
