03 6.0 130,000 after iv been driving I can shut the truck off and very randomly it will not want to fire. If you shut the key off wait a second it will almost always fire up. A good friend of mine said it was a sensor? I cannot remember what sensor he said it was, if anyone can tell me that would be nice, or any other ideas as to what's up. Thanks

The ICP sensor and/or connector failing is very common for the 03 engines.

Ignition control program? I think that's what my buddie said but not sure what it stands for. Where is it and any idea how much it is? (If I have to buy a new one)

P.s. I hit the wrong button. Mine is an 04 but I know its the same motor just not sure if they changed any small things or not

04 was a transition year some of the ICP sensors were behind the turbo and some were on the passenger valve cover.

ICP - Injection control pressure (sensor).
