is it possible to change gvwr on chassis cab and have vin match?

i also talked to a person at a dealership and he said you could not get a

new sticker for the door pillar is that true?

The only thing possible i beleive is you can get a duplicate label but it is not possible to get the gvwr changed based on your mods.
