Do I need any custom tools to replace the rear seal on my truck? Is it an easy job?

Tools needed racheting axle nut tool, Autozone, Napa, Pep boys etc.
The right seal for your truck. Synthetic rear end fluid per spec to make up what is lost during seal installation. This job is not too difficult.

Allen you talking the axle seal and not the pinoin seal right? jamir had to do it on our f450 and the hardest part is getting the tool, so bring it over and we can do it one night and then gets ome amberbock and wings /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/warmsmile.gif

Did it with a flathead screw driver, modified dana 44 socket, hammer and torque wrench. Just remember that the driverside is left hand thread.
