How often does your truck regen while towing?? We are currently about 2/3 finished our 2000km trip and this friggin thinghas been running regens just about every tank of fuel. I just had it start to try regen for the second time in the last 250km. Our travel trailer weighs about 7000lbs and we are towing through northern B.C and into Alberta. We are getting about 7 to 8 mpg and I'm about ready to burn this ##^^$%@#$%#&$$E&^$E. I want my old 7.3 back so I can transplant it into this truck. I can't see why there would be any soot in the exhaust after the workout it has been getting. There has got to be something wrong with this POS. I've just about had it with this truck, I used to love diesels but this has got me looking for a gas engine again.

I regen about every 130 miles towing 14K. 7-9 mpgs.

Towing my old 8K TT would yield a more consistent 9-5-10 mpgs. Don't quite recall the regen frequency though.

So I don't know how to do the math to convert it to your KM.s but that is my story.

Prior to 11B23 was about 70 to 90 miles. After 11B23, it's about 150 to 250. Regens are more often in mountainous driving and any merge onto an interstate. David.

Pulling my 7000 lbs TT, I regen about every 70-80 miles in the hills of Kentucky and Tennessee. MPG is about 9.5 - 10 MPG as well.

When not towing a load, it is about every 200 miles.

I haven't seen a big difference even with the new flash from this spring.
