Relays?

I have a couple of questions. First I recently changed a lot of my lights with LEDs and now they flash like I have a dead bulb but I dont, I know LEDs have less resistance so it flashes faster,. Where is the relay and how do I get to it? My second question is my door locks all do not work. They try to lock and unlock but do not. I'm assuming there is a relay for that to?
Thanks for any help I have been dealing with this problem too long now.

1997 F-250 EC SB ZF-5, 4x4, d60 front swap, E-fuel, Full Force stage 1s, DP F-5 chip, Swamps IDM, 6637 filter, 3in downpipe to 4 in exhaust muffler delete. Leveling kit on 18 weld wheels and 35's, all led lights, Reunel Rear bumper, Flatbed w/stackrack
