Repeated Caliper Freezing

The last four summers my rear passenger caliper has locked up. Each time it resulted in replacing it. It seems too coincidental. Anyone have an idea?

He didn't test properly or know to so we don't know his parts are inferior or if he has tried testing as directed. He is he to find answers. He does not nessasarily need somebody else to do the repairs. He has been getting sound advise here.
