Hey all. I’m about to replace the primary radiator on my 14 6.7. I have a squeal when I start the truck along with sort of a rattle. I’m assuming it’s the belt but not sure if it is the pulleys or not. Should I just replace all the pulleys and tensioner while everything is off or do y’all think just a belt will be fine. Also, can the pulleys be replaced with everything bolted back on if this comes up later?

You could test spray the pulleys with some lube and see if it helps, if it does replace them. If you are going to keep it anything that is feels loose noise or not replace.

What do you recommend spraying them with? Would wd40 be fine for now and do I spray it at the center of the pulley?

Any lube should work, center from the back if possible.

Do not use WD40. That will just wash away any lube that might still be in the pully bearings. I did this exact thing once. made the pully's squeakier, then was forced to replace them.
