I got my PSD used @ 72K miles.
The black plastic bed-edge covers have seen their share
of abbrasive scuffs, as has the tailgate top cover. My paint is in great shape.
New ones would make my rig look alot nicer.
Are these easy to replace?
Do they just pop off and new ones pop on? Mine has a Ford bedliner
so its hard to see up and under the edge lip.
I assume they have a Ford part number~~
I have a 2000 XL extended cab long box.

Yes they just pop-off just like your front and rear bumper covers.
