Hello, is there anywhere I can buy return fuel line in bulk for the 7.3L? I just did a new kit but its still getting air in it somewhere so I want to do it all over again... I just want the line though, I think that's all I need...
Thanks

Try a diesel repair shop or Navistar/IH dealer.......... look in the phone book or google for a Stanadyne dealer.......find one in your area.

Dealer Locator - Stanadyne

Do check more than the lines..... the fuel filter has air leak points..... main one being the fuel heater........black cap on top.

Do some reading on here........ if you do the clear hose test ensure there is a verticle pigtail in the clear lines..... it allows you to see which way air is coming from......

Any auto parts store sells fuel hose, all you have to do is identify which size you are using-1/4" or 3/16".

The stuff that came in the Diapco kit I purchased last fall was kind of special. It's 3/16", but thin-walled, with a cloth braided cover. The included spring-type circumferential clamps are sized special just to fit, they don't fit standard 3/16" hose. I wish I knew for certain where to buy the stuff, but I don't. When I finished the install I had less than a foot to spare. Might want to check with Midwest Fuel Injection. That's where I bought my kit, and their customer service was excellent.

I went away from the braided hose because after a couple of years it would crack out at the fittings and start to leak. I went with neoprene fuel line instead and have not had a problem since.
