Roof rack that attaches to headache rack ideas?!?!?!

have been doing some research and have become interested in getting a roof rack for my 99 f250. Not to excited about drilling in the roof however, and so I have been looking for alternatives. Anybody have any thoughts or ideas on where to find one of these or maybe some specs on making one myself?? Any thoughts are appreciated! The pic is the model I want to try to build or buy
