I just installed new LPOP, HPOP, injectors, cups, IPR, ICP, oil lines, etc. I still have a high pressure oil problem that I'm chasing and have a mechanical gauge on the passenger rail.

When I remove the gauge from the rail and pressurized oil runs out, it's loaded heavy with tiny air bubbles. I've never seen this before. In 300,000 miles, this is my first time using Rotela-T. This is new oil since the injectors were pulled, and the block was drained prior to the cup removal.

I did a search on this forum and without exception every one that I read was pro Rotela.

So what's up with my oil? Are bubbles in the oil okay? - my guess is absolutely not.

Could a small (tiny) amount of diesel fuel mixed with the oil cause this?
