I recently brought the truck out from winter, and had ran it around for about 200 miles without problem, I went to pass someone, and after that the truck would vibrate under load and idled rough. I took the truck home and ran cyl contribution test and got cyl 3 bad . After I ran a buzz test and got p1292. The next day I pulled the passenger side valve cover and swapped injectors 3&5. Reran the contribution test and got cyl 5. I reran buzz test and got the same p1292 along with high to low short codes for all the passenger cyl. I have a spare motor with remained Aliant injectors , I swapped one into cyl 5 and still had same problem. I also tested the injector circuit off the idm connector and got 3.1-3.3 ohms for all 8 injectors . Not sure what to check next. I will also say these injectors are oringal with 275k miles and have brand new orings. Thank you and sorry for the long message
