Alright, don't laugh. But after I installed the 3" DP and 4" system from MBRP there is a rumbling noise from under the hood, sometimes at idle, and on decelleration. Is this normal? It doesn't sound like anything is hitting.

I should have done this a long time ago, what a difference.

Sounds like your downpipe is touching the firewall.

I'll crawl under and check. I only tightened the clamps with a 3/8" ratchet so the DP should come out of the intermediate pipe.

Definitely hitting the firewall when the cab/engine shifts. Keep bending!!!

Big prybar and some arm it will be fine I "clearanced" mine before I removed the stocker.

It was hitting. I just took the system down and put the porta power up there for some more bending. I have to get a new DP clamp. The bolt snapped when I removed it. Can I reposition it so the nut can be loosened with a socket? Or does it have to do on with bolt straight up and down?
