After a buddy with an OBS 7.3 told me about his death wobble @ high speeds I decided to once again check all my front suspension. Every thing looked good until I got to the Pass side wheel. Saw a little line on one of the spokes I thought was grease. Nope. Cracked all the way across. On removal I noticed more cracks near hub. Nice thing to find after 40 miles on the interstate running slightly over the posted speed limit. I bought my truck @ 120k and now @ 152k. I don't haul heavy and dont drive off road or into crap. Our trucks are getting older so please look @ the alloy wheels while doing safety checks like air pressure. I check mine every week so this new problem is kind of scary.

Thanks for the reminder, as we all take it for granted that while the trucks running good everything is in good condition, but as you've pointed out it's not always the case.
