Not a diesel but a gas model. Not really impressed with the changes to the exterior (I don't like the door handles :surprise
but I think I might like the new headlights. Appears that they have both a dedicated low and a dedicated high beam versus the single headlamp (high & low beam off one bulb) of my 2015. Time will see on that. Other than that, the dealer had the truck up on a rack so we could almost look under it (had it flat instead of up at an angle). The boxed frame and welds seem to be more substantial than what I read. Also the aluminum on the fenders (thump test) gave a deeper sound than that on the F150 so I hope that means it is more substantial. As for the interior, the one I saw appears to have a flat rear floor when the rear seats are up (Sunday so dealer was not open) - that would be nice for some of what I carry. First impression - Not bad in my book. :grin2:
