I'm running an SCT SF3.What's the best transmission strategy for transmission performance and longevity? Do increased line pressures, hard (stout) shifts and early torque converter lock ups add or take away from transmission life. I'm not towing and I use a light foot all the time.

At very slow acceleration rates, what speed does the converter lock-up in overdrive for you and does it stay locked when off the throttle above lock-up speed?

45mph lock up with unlocking off accelerator when not in "tow/haul mode".
