Anyone out there having problems with SCT customer support?

I am having a miserable time dealing with these people and it is VERY frustrating

I've heard the same thing. I would try contacting the vendor from whom you purchased the tuner. I've always found Innovative Diesel gets back to me very quickly. I've emailed Eric about stuff and gotten a response within an hour to at most a day. What issue are you having?

What kind of issues are you having? Where did get the tuner? What kind of tuner, etc.?
