Was wondering if anyone has ever used a sct x4 tuner? If you have please tell me how u like it.Im thinking about installing it on my 2000 f350 dually. all stock,168 k,auto.Thought it would be good to use for monitoring everything and the small boost for towing.

The SCT units work good, but they are not the most popular option for the 7.3L. Chips are much more common in the 7.3L world since they enable the user to switch tunes on the fly. Check out the ones we offer here... https://www.dp-tuner.com/ford-powerstroke/ford-powerstroke-7-3l/tuning/chips.html

The SCT unit will require you to turn the engine off every time you want to load a tune.
