Anybody have the secret code to disable the seatbelt beeper, yes I wear my seatbelt because I know someone's gonna bring it up but I can't stand the beeper when I undo my belt like at the drive through or when i'm moving trailers around the yard and i'm in and out of the truck 20 times. Mines an 04 350. Thanks

i can't remember the details but i do know its in the owners manual somewhere.its kinda like one of those secret handshake things. but pulling the fuse will prob turn off other things that you want to keep, like headlight on alarm and so on. i can check my book if you don't have one

Yeah it is definitly in the owners manual.....I know what you mean, I live on a private road and a lot of times I drive out to the end of the road for mail and I would leave my seat belt off and that the would start ringing driving me nuts

As stated it's in the owners manual. Just to give you an idea. I did mine and it involves cycling the key (without starting the engnine) and buckling and unbuckling the seatbelt several times. Once it is done the engine cycling stuff will ding like normal at start up, but you will never have to live with that stupid bell riminder ringing over and over again!

I don't remember it specifically, do a search it's here or on FTE. I can tell you that it involves buckling and unbuckling the seat belt several times...

I did this just today, it's in the owners manual. As it says, set the parking brake, close all doors, tranny in park (auto). Cycle the key from off to on three times, coming to rest in the on position. Wait for the fasten belt light to go out, takes about one minute. Insert and remove the driver's seatbelt fastener 9 times within 60 seconds of the light going out. The light will come on for three seconds. Install and remove the buckle one more time within ten seconds of the light. The light will now flash 4 times per second for three seconds confirming deactivation of the beltminder feature. Turn key off, all done. Hope this helps
