Server Problem??

I'm running off a cable modem at 115200bps. The last several weeks the downloading off this site has been extremely quick. Logged in on 8/3 and today (8/4) and now the downloads are quite slow. Jason, do you know if it's related to your problem from a couple days ago or is it my end?? Other sites seem to load just fine.
