Hey thanks for your help on the starter question i had earlier, new one in from napa and is workin, fine, well another thing has popped up today, driving on the interstate i had the ses light come on eight different times, there was no consistent speed, throttle, hill i was on or other things i could tell that were similiar, the light would come on at different intervals and would only stay on for a few seconds no longer that 10 or so, ive had the cps replaced before along time ago, could this be a symptom again, the truck didnt die like it did before when i had the issues with the cps, any ideas of where to start, ive checked fluids, no leaks no issues that i can find by looking around for bad connections any help is app. its my work truck and i need it to go. Thanks all for your help.

Even if the light clears and resets itself it should leave a code that can be read. My suggestion if you don't have a scanner go to Autozone, they read it for free, their way of trying to get business if they have the part to fix the code.

If you would put all the information about your truck in your signature, It would be easier for use to trouble-shoot. Yeah it sounds to me like you need to have the codes read to see what is setting the SES light. Let us know what you find out.
