Here's some new's that should Shock Socaps members off their sofas and Lift their spirits!!! It's Rancho/Tenneco Suspension to the rescue again. Bill Johnson and his team at Rancho have opened their doors to a SOCAPS
meeting June 12th @ 10:30AM. Location 6925 Atlantic Ave. in Long Beach. As always our sponsors will give prizes to be raffled off and the lunch menu will be provided by our very own chef Gene and the magic mobile pit Bar-B-Que machine. The plant tour is planned to included the manufacturing, shipping, and the research/prototype departments!

It will be a good chance for members to check out the other member's truck that we heard about on the web site...and will now get to see in person.

I'll be there early and look forward to seeing you there!!

I will be cooking some Tri-tip if my work schedule permits. If time runs short it will be burgers and dogs.

Also if anybody would like to get a look at the Red Racer and check out the 4 link suspension I might be able to get it there.

Just got word from Rancho that will have their 2005 F250 with their award winning 4.5 inch lift at the meeting for people to see.

Great Meeting!!!
Rancho gave us an informative tour of their plant and prototype shop! I was impressed with the thought and quality that goes into their products!

Rancho donated 2 complete sets (4 shocks) of RS9000 shocks for our raffle. For a $1 raffle ticket, 2 members each got over $400 in shocks!! Also in the raffle, 2 brand new PSD powered F150 trucks courtesy of Sunrise Ford in Fontana!! (OK, the trucks were scale models...)

Our Chef Gene cooked up an outstanding lunch and we had a productive member business meeting!!

All in all, a great way to spend a Sunday!!
