Hey guys I noticed today that when my truck is running at idle there is smoke seeping out of the dipstick tube and around the oil fill cap.. Do these have a PCV type system? I see on the right side there is a black box held on by 2 screws to the valve cover just under the air intake pipe is this what is supposed to pull the pressure out of the engine? If so do I need to replace it or clean it or what do you guys think?
Smoke coming out of the dipstick and oil cap..??

Just pull that black box and clean it out really good with carb cleaner. There are some that bypassed it all and hooked it to the turbo pipe for good suction. Not sure of the details but I am sure you can search for it.
