Smoking dipstick tube

I drive a early 99, I just barely changed the oil yesterday, and decided to check it again today when I got off of work, when I pulled the dip stick tube it steamed a little bit, lasted a while too, any ideas what reason that's for?

Sounds like we are talking about C.O.P.D. instead of a diesel from the TV advertisements that I have seen.
