It reads everything through the DashDaq, which gets it reading through the OBDII port. It has the ability to monitor almost anything you wish. With the extended Ford license you have over 400 different items that you can monitor. It also has an add-on gps if you wish to purchase it, and can read and clear diagostic codes. As far as mounting, it comes with a windshield mount, or you can purchase an aftermarket mount from other companies...
