speedometer stop working.still had overdrive,cruise control stil worked and odometer worked.Ended up changeing speedometer head.Everthing worked fine for about a week.Then speedometer,cruise,and overdrive stoped working.Changed sensor in rear end.work for about a day.Pulled sensor cleaned it.Worked a couple hr.Changed oil in rear end and cleaned sensor.Still not working.Any ideas?

I had my speedometer quit on my 2001. ABS light came on, speedometer didnt work. After awhile at a dealership they found a ground wire by the radiator. Cleaned it and reseated and has worked fine since.

Could be something to look into. Since yours works a little then stops.

Everything is now working fine now.I had to clean the sensor again.I also had two bad batterys which i replaced.
