Which do you guys recommend with a 7" DR lift? I'm thinking springs will ride better. This is for my 2005 F350. Thanks.

blocks will ride beter since you keep stock springs lift springs will be arch more to give lift more arch less movement worse ride beter pay load and less axel rap with springs then blocks i think that is it

Actually its the opposed.
DR rear springs will ride better then stock but you lose the payload.
For the very best ride they can de-arch there springs to make even smother yet you will need a bigger block and air bags for heavier loads or towing.
With a 7" lift you will need rear springs I would think.
